Founded in 2005, the Human Development & Research Foundation (HDRF) is dedicated to advancing the human development index through active participation in diverse projects initiated by the Government of India and Gujarat. Our unwavering commitment propels us to realize our goals and transform our vision into tangible outcomes, contributing significantly to the well-being of society and the nation as a whole. At HDRF, we align our efforts with the spirit of "MAKE IN INDIA," striving to make a positive impact on the holistic development of our communities.

Our Vision

We vision to build a better and sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of the society and raise the country’s human development index and provide high quality vocational and Skills Training to individuals including Women Empowerment and optimizing their potential to the fullest level resulting in higher employable rate in the industry. Our mission is to create opportunities for children with mental disorders and provide them all necessary treatments and therapies for their Rehabilitation. We believe that Educational Opportunities provided now will benefit in long run. HDRF has vision to provide education and to improve social conditions of the poor sections of the society to the higher level.

Success Stories

Pratham Dhobi is coming to rehabilitation center of HDRF since 2014. Pratham was not able to read and write but HDRF has made him able in reading and writing. Pratham is taking traing in HDRF since 8 years. Today, he is helping his parents in business. Pratham has also participated in the activities like olympic games, dance and drawing competition of the special children and also won the awards in the competitions. Today , he is able to take care of him and family very well. he has made an example that being a special children is not a hindrance to make a respectable position in the society.

Shaikh has been trained and certified by HDRF in automobile sector. Due to his talent and training at HDRF, he got chance to work in one of the renowned company of JAPAN. He went to Japan for six months to explore automobile industry there and his experience at working with Japanese company is helping him right now in his own business right now. Shaikh is running his own business and earning a huge amount of profit every year since 5-6 years.

Lata has taken training at HDRF in trade Sewing Machine Operator. She has been trained and then immediately placed to company Sunabha Apparels Ltd. She placed the example that being a woman is not a hindrance to become financially independent. Lataben is supporting her family by earning fine amount of money.
