Women & Child Development

“I measure the progress of a community by the degree of progress which women have achieved”

– DR B R AMBEDKAR

Women’s economic empowerment is at the core of realizing women’s rights and gender equality. Women’s economic empowerment includes women’s ability to participate in the existing market on an equal footing; they obtain and control decent work, and control their time, life and body; increase her voice, agency, and ownership in economic decision-making at all levels. We are very obedient towards the economic independence of the women. When more women work, economies grow and development of the society automatically happens. Women’s economic empowerment boosts productivity, increases economic diversification and income equality in addition to other positive development outcomes.

We are sensitive towards the women’s issues in the society. We believe that without personal development of the women, betterment of the society cannot be achieved. We work towards the women’s inclusive development and provide them livelihood opportunities. HDRF have employed maximum numbers of women in organization for different kinds of fulltime employment. We used to enrol women candidates in our skill development programs and our educational initiatives. In our all the projects of skill development we ensured the equal participation of the women.
